My phone/device won’t charge with the SunStream™ panel, what do I do?

In some cases, when the sunlight is disrupted, your phone may cancel the charge, or you may receive an ͞unauthorized charging͟ message. To restore the charge, simply unplug and reconnect the phone or device to the panel while located in direct sunlight.

Some devices have larger power requirements and are best charged using a companion battery or power bank, like our PowerStream™. In these cases, simply charge your power bank with your panel, then use that to charge your device, day or night.
